Since its inception in 2008, Baba Energy has embarked on a dynamic journey, transforming from a consulting firm in the oil, gas, and power sectors into a diversified energy solutions provider. Our unwavering commitment to innovation and sustainable practices has fueled our expansion across various segments of the industry.
A Legacy of Expansion and Partnership:
2014: Established an LPG cooking gas plant, operational by 2016, catering to the domestic market.
2020: Entered the downstream white products sector by becoming an off-taker with Walter Smith’s modular refinery.
2022: Solidified our position in the market by partnering with Aradel Energy (Niger Delta Refinery) as an off-taker.
2023: Registered as a product marketer with NNPC (NNPC Retail), expanding our reach and impact.
Beyond Traditional Boundaries:
Recognizing the vital role of power generation, Baba Energy actively promotes Independent Power Plan (IPP) development in Nigeria through strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Fenchurch Limited and CAT Mantrac.
Vision for the Future:
Looking ahead, we are actively pursuing a License to Establish (LTE) for a Bitumen production plant in Ogbelle, Rivers State, further diversifying our portfolio. Additionally, our role as an off-taker with NLNG’s Domestic Export Scheme (DES) underscores our commitment to national energy security.
